Our portfolio of projects encompasses both public and private sector clients and include the  residential, retail, commercial, and institutional markets.

Chimney Rock Estates is an upscale 80 acre residential development located in Blair Township, Pennsylvania.  Its ridgeline location presented some unique design and constructability challenges, readily overcome via the collaboration of in-house design and construction professionals.

A retail site design located on an existing 1.7 acre commercial property in Philipsburg, Pennsylvania.  The compactness of the site and the location of  existing groundwater monitoring wells provide the problem-solving opportunities we enjoy.

The project was for the design and construction of a 1700 ft streambank stabilization and force-main protection structure on Loyalsock Creek.  The project was completed within budget and on schedule despite frequent flood events.

The project called for modification of the Campus Master Plan, and the design and construction of two parking areas with associated hardscape, landscape, security and site appurtenances.

The old Corning-Asahi site is in the Master Planning process as a 150+ acre multi-use park incorporating industrial, commercial, retail, and residential components.  Re-zoning, waivers and amendments, and Brownfield conditions will provide many opportunities for us to exercise our creativity.
