Design-Build

Our designers routinely solicit the qualified opinions of in-house staff when considering project design solutions in terms of project value, performance, and constructability.  Thereby, we are able to provide value engineering, realistic construction budgets and a vast amount of construction experience throughout the design of the project. 

Because we are able to provide this input throughout the design process instead of at the bidding stage, we can incorporate our expertise into the project as the design progresses.  The result of which saves the owner from costly redesign of the project after approvals have been obtained.
